Our house-made pastrami at ROAM Kitchen is created with love! First, we take brisket and brine it for 5 days, then season it with our pastrami dry rub and smoke it for at least 5 hours. THE ANTICIPATION! After all this love, we serve it on grilled pumpernickel, sliced thin and topped with smoked gouda cheese, lemon mustard slaw, and dijon aioli, served with your choice of side.
