The Catcher on the Rye. An open-faced Danish sandwich classic with our own creative twist. Featuring the catch of the sea which includes a cornmeal battered plaice filet, pan seared shrimp, smoked salmon, smoked trout roe and a plethora of vegetables and flavors all on top a slice of whole grain rye bread. Served with a side of our house made remoulade.
